We start as a pilot on one cluster, then expose it as a reusable internal service and, later, as a client-facing offering.

What
is the difference between a business need and a business idea?
In the case of choosing the "company need" mode, the company activates the Idea Management edition to ask its people to propose initiatives to respond to specific internal needs identified by the people themselves. When the edition is set up to collect "business ideas", the company leaves participants free to propose any type of solution without constraints on thematic area or reference sector.
